Orders placed on a national holiday or weekends will take longer to process.

On completing your purchase, you will have one or more options for delivery. This is an estimated timescale for delivery. There is a possibility our items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as a courier delay.

1st Class Mail - USPS 5-7 Business Days

Priority Mail - USPS 3-5 Business Days

If you need your item faster, please contact us by email. 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 business days for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us before you return any item, so that we know it's on the way. Product must be in new condition and in it's original packaging.  In all fairness, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Personalized, custom design and sale item orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

It's not a problem to change your mind.   We just ask that you please cancel within an hour of placing the order.  An order cannot be cancelled after delivery of the good.

We take care to ensure that all details displayed for a particular item are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

While care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colors, textures or finishes, what you will see on your digital monitor may slightly differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods you are purchasing.

On the rare occurrence we may not be able to accept your order due to the following reasons:
